Who we are

This website is operated by HB Systems ApS (CVR DK45689239), Søren Frichs Vej 40G, 1.mf., 8230 Åbyhøj, Denmark. When we say "hb.dev", "we", or "us" in this policy, we mean HB Systems ApS.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it or when you consent to analytics. Specifically:

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message content. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Analytics data: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and referral source. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Contact form data: retained for up to 12 months after your last communication with us, then deleted.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months, then automatically deleted.

Third-party services

  • Resend: used to deliver contact form submissions via email. Data is processed in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics: used for anonymised website analytics. Data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
  • Vercel: hosts this website. Server logs may contain IP addresses and are retained for a limited period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
