Student Assistant / Founder's Associate

Apply for this roleHB Systems is a small technology company in Aarhus, where we help businesses with software development, data, AI and digital solutions.
We are looking for a capable and curious student assistant who wants a broad role close to the day-to-day operations and development of the company.
The role is a good fit if you enjoy varied types of work and want to learn more about how a technology company is run and built.
About the role
You will act as a practical and commercial right hand in day-to-day operations.
Some days you will help with research, meeting preparation and administrative tasks. Other days you will work on marketing, contracts, websites, customer material or internal processes.
We do not expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are curious, structured and good at taking ownership of a task from start to finish.
Examples of tasks
- Research, meeting preparation, notes and follow-up
- Producing content for LinkedIn, the website, cases and newsletters
- SEO, market research and competitor analysis
- Structuring and preparing contracts, appendices and documents
- Producing presentations, sales material and simple visual elements
- Updating and improving our websites
- Lighter design tasks in Figma, Canva or similar
- Lighter frontend or coding tasks, if you have an interest and skills in that area
- Practical and administrative tasks that help keep the company organised
We imagine that you
- Are enrolled in a relevant higher education programme
- Write clearly and professionally in Danish and English
- Are structured and good at creating an overview
- Are curious and quick to get up to speed on new areas
- Have an interest in technology, software, AI or B2B business
- Are comfortable using AI tools as a natural part of your work
- Can work independently and take responsibility
- Do not mind tasks where the solution is not defined in advance
Your studies could be in business economics, communication, marketing, law, digital design, IT, computer science or something else entirely. We care more about how you think and work than about the exact title of your degree.
It is a plus if you have experience with
- Content marketing, LinkedIn or SEO
- Figma, Canva or presentation design
- Websites, CMS systems or frontend development
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar
- Contracts, law or compliance
- B2B sales, customer dialogue or business development
